Mapping and sensitisation training to fight stereotypes about Roma people – A corporate pilot project

Commissioned by E.ON, the Budapest Institute mapped and analysed attitudes related to Roma people and risks of discrimination through participatory action research in groups of employees selected in collaboration with the company.

Based on interviews and sensitisation workshops we prepared recommendations for organisational development and diversity management.
