Improving childcare policies in the CEE/CIS regionThis project mapped the legislative, policy and fiscal framework for public support for parents and childcare and identified policy options in the CEE/CIS region. Based on this information and the available research evidence, the project also modelled the effects of selected policies on access to childcare, access to employment (male and female), and where possible, household and child poverty and the public budget. The final report was published by UNICEF in July 2019. | |
