Enterprises implementing diversity policies

The project aimed at identifying good practices of diversity management in enterprises. The BI prepared a case study on the Prezi company. This Budapest-based, international IT company seems to be a good example of how to build up company goodwill that is genuinely built on the synergy between diversity, creativity and business success. Our company-level interviews confirmed that the founders’ and top managers’ personal involvement commitment were key factors in mainstreaming and institutionalising diversity-aimed good practices.

The BI was commissioned to prepare the Hungarian case study by the Latvian Providus Centre for Public Policy as part of the project financed by the Society Integration Foundation.
