Supporting local initiatives to enhance participatory governance in HungaryThe Open Society Initiative for Europe (OSIFE) has launched a pilot programme to support local initiatives and build capacities to enhance good and participatory governance in Hungary. Under this programme, local NGOs will be supported to carry out pilot projects that they will develop and implement together with local authorities. BI provides expert support to OSIFE and to the local grantees in the selection and development of the local pilot projects – with particular attention to needs assessment and design of the monitoring and evaluation framework of the local initiatives. | ||
