The Budapest Institute was commissioned to draft a review of the main lessons and good practice of PES regarding ALMP and Unemployment Benefit (UB) reforms, drawing on the activities of the Mutual Learning Programme (MLP), PES to PES dialogue and European Employment Policy Observatory (EEPO).
