Surveying the impact of working time rules

The Budapest Institute is conducting a study for ICF International on behalf of the European Commission on the impact of possible amendments to the EU Working Time Directive (WTD) in the context of the wider review of the Directive. The main aim of the WTD is to improve workers’ health and safety by setting minimum standards across all Member States.
The aim of the study is to assess the administrative and regulatory burden, as well as the economic impact associated with the current Directive, as well the potential impacts of changes to this legislation.
