Cooperation between geographically dispersed think-tanks: what’s the secret behind?

27/04/2014

Delegates of the member institutions of The Exhange initiative - among them a researcher of the Budapest Institute - participated in a knowledge exchanging and experience sharing workshop organised in Lima, Peru.

The Think Tank Initiative, Think Tank Fund, and the On Think Tanks organisations are the donors of the project aiming at bringing international research think tanks together in order to map factors facilitating or blocking collaboration between international institutions and to establish links among the organisations paving the way for future cooperation. Delegates of the nine involved research organisations (from Argentine, Brazil, Ecuador, Georgia, Hungary, Indonesia, Peru, Slovakia and Ukraine) are expected to carry out mini-projects in smaller groups on topics relevant to the research focus of the team members and on topics of organisational development. Progress of the project can be tracked on the website of the Exhange initiative.
