Transparency and accountability of public procurement in V4 countries

Public procurement information in the EU member states are various, fragmented and mostly inaccessible for both business, academic and government actors. There is an obvious niche in the European public sector information market on public procurements and a clear demand for a structured, comparable, cross-country information pool.

The main goal of the project is to support cross-country analysis on the public procurement systems (PPS) in the V4 countries. The outputs of the project shall be four research papers on the public procurement systems in the V4 region (country reports), an expert workshop, and a final study summarizing the results of the cross-country comparison and providing a meta-database on PPSs. The country reports are downloadable from the bottom of this page.
