Impact assessment methods of inclusion programmes for children: a review

Several programmes have been launched in Hungary in the past few years that aimed to reduce the poverty and social exclusion of children. There is ample evidence of the positive impact of such programmes in other countries, especially in the USA, but no rigorous impact assessment has been completed (or none has been published) of the Hungarian programmes.

The Budapest Institute has been commisisioned to review the existing international studies and prepare an overview of assessment methods that may be used in the evaluation of the Hungarian programmes. The overview is downloadable in Hungarian.
