Developing a monitoring system for NGOs providing employment rehabilitation services

The Budapest Institute was commissioned by the EOPD to develop the conceptual framework for monitoring the performance of NGOs providing employment rehabilitation services and to support its introduction. The system is based on a software that NGOs can use as their client database and also to record employment outcomes, and also calculates raw indicators for ongoing performance monitoring. This is supplemented by econometric analysis based on individual level data on services and employment outcomes.
