Development of Public Employment Services in the Western Balkans

In this project BI experts support the development and implementation of benchlearning of the Public Employment Services of the Western Balkan economies, within the framework of the Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP). The project draws on the experience of the benchlearning initiative in the EU PES network. BI experts have developed benchmarking tools, a training course for PES experts and assessors and will prepare a report on the findings of the assessment process.
